Nay's say - Week 3
September 3rd 2006 00:37
Hello and Welcome to the Nature's Therapy website!!
Did you enjoy reading last weeks articles? I hope you found what you were looking for?
I was particularly fascinated with Reiki. It sounds a bit supernatural desn't it? Has anyone used Reiki as a therapy? Please write in and share it with us.
Since taking Fish/Evening Primrose oil supplements; I have noticed a vast improvement in the growth and appearance of my hair and skin. I am also much more mentally alert and relaxed. What out all you Suduko geniuses!
But seriously, the difference is quite remarkable.
I did however, become a bit carried away with the whole walnut thing. I love them and need no encouragement to eat them. But they are a bit high in calories so you have to watch your intake. Looks like I will be working them off all this week!
This weeks features are:
Tuesday: Treating chronic pain...Homeopathy: The queen, David Beckham and Madonna swear by it. What is it?Why is it so popular?
Wednesday: Foods that heal...Pistachios: Confessed pistachio addict Jon, has requested an article about the benefits of pistachio nuts. When youl ove eating something it is nice to be told that it is good for you for a change!
Thursday: Body Insurance - The benefits of...Horny goat weed: "Funny name, but what do horny goats have to do with my health?" You ask.
Friday: Mind, body and spirit...Float Therapy: Why this relaxing, tranquil, experience may just be the pick me up you need.
Hope you enjoy and I'll touch base next Monday.
Bye.
