Nay's Say - Week 4
September 17th 2006 22:15
Hello again!!!
Have you all been eating honey or trying Shiatsu this week?
I hope that the Glucosamine article offered hope and relief to sufferers of osteoarthritis? It does take a while before you feel any benefits, but persevere and you will hopefully notice an incredible improvement in your mobility and a reduction in the severity of the pain caused by the disease.
After reading the article on The Alexander Technique, I imagine a lot of people became more aware of their bad posture. This is especially noticible if you have a desk job. Try getting up and moving about every so often, just to relieve some of the tension that builds up in the spine and at the back of the neck. People might think you are a bit weird, but the benefits will speak for themselves if you persist with it!!
This weeks features are:
Tuesday: Treating chronic pain...Relexology: how your feet can be a road map to your bodies health.
Wednesday:Foods that heal...Lettuce and salad greens: Now that summer is a few months away we start to think about salads instead of warm vegies. Do that consist of anything but water?
Thursday:Body Insurance-The benefits of...St. Johns Wort: How this common weed might change a frown to a smile.
Friday:Mind, body and spirit: Karate: A holistic art that packs a mean punch.
Enjoy yourselves and keep well
I look forward to catching uup next Monday.
Naomi
